Booking Policies
1. Deposit & Payment
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at your appointment.
2. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Any changes made within less than 24 hours will result in loss of your deposit.
3. Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be non-refundable, as it affects scheduled bookings.
4. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Before Your Appointment
Patch Test Required
For your safety, a patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. This helps us check for any sensitivity or allergic reaction to the products used during the treatment.
Complete the Booking Form
Please make sure you fill out the booking form accurately before your appointment. This allows us to understand your preferences, medical history, and ensure the service is suitable for you.
Arrive With Clean Lashes
Come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid mascara, oils, or lash serums on the day of your treatment to ensure the best results and longer retention.
Aftercare Awareness
Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting results. After your appointment, you’ll receive aftercare guidelines—following them will help maintain your lashes and avoid damage.
Pregnancy Disclosure
If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, please let us know before your appointment. This helps us tailor the treatment safely and ensure your comfort at all times.
Skin Sensitivities or Recent Infections
If you have any known skin sensitivities, allergies, eye conditions, or a recent infection, kindly inform us before booking or prior to your appointment. Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority.

The viral korean lash lift and tint isn't viral for no reason! It is a game change when it comes to lash lift. The products used prioritise lash health and unlike the traditional lash lift, the lashes are lifted from root to tip, giving a much stronger lift and curl which can last up to 8+ weeks!

Light Infill
Designed for clients with 60-70% of lashes remaining. This service fills moderate gaps and keeps the set looking full and tidy between regular appointments. Typically 1-2 Week retention.
Full Infill
Ideal if you have 50-60% of lashes left. This appointment lets me address gaps, replace grown-out lashes, and rebuild overall fullness.
Express Infill
A quick refresh ideal for clients who still have 70-80% of their lashes intact. Perfect if you've recently had a full set or infill and just need small gaps filled. Typically 1-Week Retention.
Deep Infill
Best for clients with less than 40% of lashes remaining who still want to avoid paying for a full set. This option gives enough time to rebuild density and restore the look of the original set. Recommended for mega volume or for those who went past 3 weeks.
Lash Removal
Lash Removal (Foreign/Other Lash Techs)
Gentle and professional removal of lash extensions applied by another technician, ensuring the health of your natural lashes while getting them ready for a new set or a break from extensions.
